Process route and parameters or technical principle

(1) basic principles

The single-phase flow negative pressure drainage system is mainly composed of negative pressure collecting well, negative pressure pipeline network and negative pressure station, make sewage into the network, and then in the negative pressure suction force, sewage in the direction of negative pressure generated (negative pressure station) transmission.

The Residents' indoor kitchen drainage is separated by oil and then converged with shower drainage and toilet drainage by gravity pipe self-flow septic tank, 14 households septic tank water self-flow into a negative pressure collection well. As the sewage continues to flow in, the sewage level in the negative pressure collection well rises, the preset high level, the negative pressure open and close valve in the well opens instantly, and then the sewage is sucked out of the negative pressure sewage pipe network under the action of the pressure difference between inside and outside the collection system, as the sewage in the well is being pumped away, the sewage level is gradually lowered by the preset low level, the negative pressure open-close valve is instantly closed, and the negative pressure collection well stops producing water. This, the negative pressure collection well independent work of a cycle to complete the whole process of pure hydraulic drive, no power, gas source, there is no air into the negative pressure pipe network to ensure the pressure stability.

Along the negative pressure main pipe, the sewage flows towards the negative pressure station under the suction of negative pressure gradient force. During the transportation, the negative pressure collecting wells along the line are randomly opened to carry water to the negative pressure main pipe. In the negative pressure station, the sewage after a short stay, is transported sewage pipe network or sewage treatment equipment.


Main technical indicators

Technical features:

This project uses vacuum negative pressure technology to collect and treat the dispersed rural domestic sewage, which provides a brand-new idea for the construction of beautiful countryside.

Previously, there were two main types of sewage collection and treatment in rural areas, gravity gravity gravity collection and decentralized treatment. The construction of gravity sewer network is usually costly and takes a long time, but after the construction of the network, it is difficult to find out the leakage. Usually, the sewage recovery rate is low, and the amount of water in the rain pipe network increases rapidly, which will increase the burden on the subsequent Sewage Treatment. Decentralized sewage treatment can meet the needs of remote single-family sewage treatment, but the treatment effect is general, it is difficult to meet the first-class standard. After the large-scale promotion and use, the equipment quantity is huge and difficult to supervise and maintain.

In this project, 30,150 scattered households were divided into several small areas, the relatively concentrated households of sewage collected by negative pressure pipe network, showing good collection and treatment results.
