Held on 2 April 2021 at the Tongji University Hongkou Branch of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, “Smart Water Innovation Technology Exchange”, jointly organised by the Smart Water Joint R & D and Innovation Centre of Tongji University and the Hongkou branch of the Tongji University Science and Technology Park. Experts from the Tongji University School of Environmental Science and engineering, as well as representatives from relevant consulting firms, design institutes, some listed companies and Tongji Hongkou Park Enterprises were invited to the event, this paper discusses the development prospects, policies, especially technology trends during the 14th five-year plan period, and makes a concrete exchange on innovative products of Park Enterprises.

Chen Liguo, general manager of Shanghai Jida Environmental Science and Technology Co. , Ltd. , shared a typical case of rural environment in jida-yuanxiang village, Nanyang Town, Qidong City, to show the participants the single-phase flow negative pressure drainage pipe network + centralized sewage treatment in the field environment.

The Valley River in the region is a low-lying coastal area, perennial groundwater level 1.2-1.6 meters. The main road, built in 2016, is about 800 meters long and crosses 14 rivers, making it the only road for villagers to travel.

This project all uses in the field environment product facility, has shortened the project construction time greatly, effectively solved the pipe network infiltration seepage serious, causes the end sewage treatment rainy day sewage not to have time to treat, dry day sewage treatment, thus lead to the problem of substandard sewage treatment.
